Story

A "volunteer coalition seeking to abolish discrimination within the school" pushing for bettertreatment for the Course 2 students has taken over the broadcasting office. They demand an end to the school's discriminatory practices, but the occupation fails when Tatsuya and Jumonji, head of the Extracurricular Activities Federation, intervene. Mayumi proposes an open forum, and both sides retreat temporarily. As promised, the open forum is held the following day. When Mayumi calls for an end to the discriminatory mind-set prevalent at the school, rather than discrimination itself, the students break out in applause. But just then, Blanche, the political organization secretly manipulating the coalition, unleashes a surprise attack...
