Story
On the way to the Nine Schools Competition venue, an oncoming vehicle crashes into the center divider, rocketing mid-air on a collision course with the bus carrying the First High School students. In a panic, some of the students start launching spells right and left, which creates a Psion storm, and their magic is rendered all but useless. Despite this, thanks to some covert action on Tatsuya's part, and Jumonji and Miyuki's valiant efforts, the bus escapes critical damage. With his uncanny sense of perception, Tatsuya detects traces of magic in the path taken by the car, and realizes that the "accident" was deliberately orchestrated by an unknown entity.
